Role Overview

Uncommon Man helps men move from feeling stuck to becoming unstoppable through intentional coaching systems. As a High Ticket Setter you'll be the first meaningful point of contact for warm inbound prospects — understand each prospect's journey, qualify their readiness, and book appointments for the Closing Team within a collaborative pod structure. Comprehensive training, a proven appointment-setting model, and ongoing coaching provided.

Compensation

Commission only: 5% initial sale + 1% first renewal

5% initial sale commission on client payments received (GST-exclusive) + 1% renewal/transition commission (first renewal only). Monthly invoicing, paid within 7 days.
