Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter, you'll engage prospective hospitality business owners who are interested in coaching programs. Your role is to build genuine relationships, qualify prospects, and book appointments while representing the Foodie Coaches brand professionally. This is a fully remote role within a collaborative team environment where energy, accountability, and communication are highly valued.
What You'll Be Doing
- • Contact prospective hospitality business owners
- • Build rapport and qualify potential clients
- • Book appointments for the sales team
- • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
- • Work towards daily and weekly performance targets
- • Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve shared goals
Ideal Candidate
- ✅ Previous sales or appointment setting experience
- ✅ Experience selling or working with hospitality businesses is advantageous

Compensation
- 💰 Base Salary: $70,000 + Super
- 💰 Commission + Bonuses
